POPIA compliance notice.

Forizon processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (Act 4 of 2013) of South Africa. This notice summarises how we meet our obligations as a Responsible Party.

1. Conditions for lawful processing

Forizon meets the eight conditions for lawful processing: accountability, processing limitation, purpose specification, further processing limitation, information quality, openness, security safeguards, and data subject participation.

2. Information Officer

Our Information Officer is registered with the Information Regulator of South Africa and may be contacted at io@forizon.co.za.

3. Special personal information

Forizon does not request, store or process special personal information (race, health, biometrics, religious beliefs) through this site or commercial enquiries.

4. Cross-border transfers

Where engagement data must transit jurisdictions (e.g. cloud hosting), it is processed under contractual safeguards and only to countries with adequate data protection laws or under binding corporate rules.

5. Operators & sub-processors

All operators and sub-processors used in delivering engagements are bound by written agreements requiring POPIA-equivalent security and processing controls.

6. Data subject requests

Submit access, correction, objection or deletion requests in writing to io@forizon.co.za. We respond within 30 days.

7. Information Regulator

You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
