Forizon Technologies (Pty) Ltd is a South African enterprise technology delivery company operating from Durban and Johannesburg. We are the responsible party for the personal information collected through this site and our engagements.

- Usage telemetry strictly necessary to operate the site (no third-party advertising trackers).

We process personal information on the basis of your explicit consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to qualified enquiries. Information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, qualify scope, and deliver agreed engagements.

Personal information is not sold. It is shared only with employees and sub-processors directly involved in responding to your enquiry or delivering an engagement, under appropriate contractual safeguards.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless converted into an active engagement, in which case retention follows the engagement contract. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted on a least-privilege basis. Forizon operates security controls consistent with ISO 27001 reference practice.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
